Schedule & events
Plan your streams and one-off events in Schedule, and they show up on your portal and links page so viewers know when you're on. And can add it to their own calendar.
Two things you can add
- Stream plan
- When you'll be live. A dated one-off, or a weekly pattern. Pick the weekdays and a start/end time and it repeats indefinitely.
- Event
- A one-off happening. A collab, a premiere, a meetup. With a start, an optional end, a category, and a link.
Details & look
Each entry can carry a full write-up built in a visual editor (headings, images, links), a color code so your calendar reads at a glance, and a recurrence (daily, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly). Set visibility to public, unlisted (link-only), or private (just you).
Registration & RSVPs
Let viewers register for an event. Turn on requires approval to vet each RSVP before it's confirmed, and see everyone who signed up in the registrants panel. Viewers can add any public event to their own calendar with a one-click .ics download, so it lands in Google, Apple, or Outlook.
Your own reminders
Set a personal reminder on any entry. A bell notification, an email, or both, a chosen number of minutes before it starts. So a planned stream doesn't slip past you. This is separate from viewer RSVPs; it only pings you.
