Streaming on a platform Landmark does not connect to yet
Landmark connects to Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Rumble and TikTok. If you also stream on X, Facebook, Blaze.stream, velora.tv, vpzone.tv or beamstream.gg, this page shows what to set up so those viewers can still tip, redeem, find your other channels and read your captions.
The idea
With no connection to a platform, nothing from that platform reaches Landmark. Its chat, follows, subs and gifts do not show up in your feed, your alerts or your goals. Viewers there act through Landmark's own surfaces instead. They open your tip page or your portal, and what they do appears on your overlay like any other event.
So the work is to make those addresses easy to find, and to build Elements that react to tips and portal redeems. The rest of this page does that.

Connect a major platform first
Landmark's first setup step is Connect your stream. The plan says Landmark reacts to your real chat, subs, tips and viewers, and it needs a platform linked first. Connect at least one of Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Rumble or TikTok. Your portal video mirrors a stream from a connected platform, and your connected account's events feed your alerts, goals and analytics.
- Open Platform Connections and add a platform under Add a connection.
- Claim your handle in Portal setup. The same handle powers your tip page, portal and links page.
- Set up payouts in Payments so tips reach you.
Connecting does not move your stream. Steps for each platform are on Connecting platforms. What Landmark charges is on Fees.
Use your links page
Your links page is a public page at landmark.stream/@yourhandle/links. It has its own title, description, canonical address and preview card, and public portals are listed in Landmark's sitemap. Each link on it is an ordinary link that opens in a new tab. Put every channel you stream on there and viewers, and search engines, can reach all of them from one address.
The Find me on row only shows platforms you have connected. The six platforms on this page go in as custom links.
- Open Links. If the page says to set a Portal handle, do that first.
- Press + Link. Type a title such as
Watch me on Xand paste the full address of your channel in Link address. - Press the gear on the row to open Icon and timing. X and Facebook are in the icon picks. For the other four, press the plus to upload your own image (PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, under 8 MB).
- Repeat for each platform. Drag rows to set the order. Use the star to highlight the one you want people to click first.
- Press Save.
To share it, use Copy at the top of the editor, then paste the address into your profile, your stream title or description and your chat on each platform. QR gives you a code to download, and Download card for social gives you a captioned image to post. Each platform has its own rules about links, so check theirs.
A custom link can also have a window. Set Show to a start and an end time, or pick one of your scheduled streams under During, and the link appears with the event and hides afterwards. The editor shows views and clicks for the last 7 and 30 days, so you can see which platform your viewers choose. More options are on Your links page.
Turn on auto-translated closed captions
Landmark's live captions listen to your microphone and show your words as text. They can translate each finished sentence into another language. Viewers who speak a different language can follow along on any platform where your overlay is part of the video.
- Open Accessibility from the Tools page. If it asks, add the Live captions element to your overlay. Captions show on stream through that element.
- Under Spoken language, pick the language you speak. The list covers English (US and UK), Spanish (Spain and Latin America), Japanese, French, German, Portuguese (Brazil) and Korean, or follow your browser.
- Under Translate captions to, pick one language: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Korean or Chinese. Off shows your words as you say them.
- Press Start captioning and keep the page open while you stream. You can run the same mic from the Captions tab of your dock. Use Chrome or Edge.
Only finished sentences are translated. The line still being spoken shows untranslated so the captions keep up with you. If a translation takes too long, the original sentence shows instead. You pick one target language at a time.
Where viewers see them
- On your stream
- The Live captions element is part of your overlay. If you stream to the platform from OBS with that overlay, the captions are in the video, so viewers cannot switch them off. Size, colors and position are settings on the element.
- On your portal
- Turn on Show captions on my portal to show them over the video there. Choose the text size and whether they sit at the top or the bottom. This is separate from the on-stream element, so you can use either or both.
- In each viewer's own language
- Viewers with a Landmark account get captions in their own language automatically wherever your portal shows captions. It is an account setting called Closed captions in their preferences, and it is also in the portal chat menu. They can switch it to your language or to any other language there. The translation happens on their side, so you do not have to pick a language for them.
Viewers on your portal can also turn on chat translation, read-aloud and larger text for themselves in the chat settings.
Prompts for the Elements AI box
These all run on tips and portal activity, so they work the same for viewers on any platform. A tip is a Landmark event, so it reaches your overlay no matter where the tipper was watching.
- Open Elements and press Generate with AI.
- Paste a prompt below. Where it says
yourhandle, type your own handle. Change the amounts and wording to suit you. - Check the preview and use the editor's Test fire to see it react. Ask for changes in plain language, such as a different color or a longer hold.
- Place it on an overlay in Overlays and add that overlay to OBS. See OBS setup.
Each AI answer shows the coins it used. Goal bars and counters also appear on the Goals, counters and timers page, where you can reset or adjust them. To make a goal count only tips, set Count to Landmark direct tips ($). The default counts all paid support, which includes money from your connected platform.
Start with these three
1. A tip alert
Make a tip alert. Show the tipper's name, the amount and their message. Slide in from the left, stay for 7 seconds and use a gold accent.
A pop-up that plays on every tip, so each tipper sees their name on screen.
2. A tip goal bar
Make a tip goal bar called New mic with a goal of $200. Slim strip, green fill, show the percent. Count Landmark direct tips only.
A bar that fills as tips arrive and gives viewers a number to aim for.
3. A link reminder card
Make a slim card that cycles every 20 seconds through three lines. Line one: Tip at landmark.stream/@yourhandle/tip. Line two: Chat and redeem at landmark.stream/@yourhandle. Line three: All my links at landmark.stream/@yourhandle/links. Fade between the lines and keep the text large and easy to read.
An always-on card that keeps your tip, portal and links page addresses in front of viewers. Replace yourhandle with your own handle first.
Add these next
4. A big tip alert
Make a bigger alert that fires only on a tip of $25 or more. Full-width banner, a confetti burst, stay for 10 seconds. Show the name and the amount.
A second alert with a higher floor, so large tips get a larger moment.
5. A latest tip strip
Make a slim strip along the bottom of the screen that shows the latest tip as the name and the amount. Fade between updates.
A quiet readout of the most recent tipper that stays on screen all stream.
6. A goal celebration
Make a tip goal bar with a goal of $500. When it fills, fire a short confetti burst, show Goal reached, then keep the bar full.
A goal bar with a payoff at the finish.
7. A top tipper card
Make a small card that shows the biggest single tip of the stream, with the tipper's name and the amount. When a bigger tip comes in, swap to the new one with a short pulse.
A card that names whoever holds the top spot, which gives other viewers a reason to beat it.
8. A tip leaderboard
Make a leaderboard of the top 5 tippers by total amount. Show the rank, the name and the total. Tall narrow panel. Let me choose whether it resets never, daily, weekly or monthly.
A ranked board of your biggest supporters with a reset schedule you control.
9. A raised-this-stream counter
Make a counter called Raised this stream. It adds 1 for every dollar tipped, counting tips only, and shows a dollar sign before the number. Compact readout.
A running total of tip dollars. Reset it from your dock before each stream.
10. A tip count counter
Make a counter called Tips received. It adds 1 for every tip. Big number, small label.
A tally of how many tips came in, whatever their size.
11. A message-first alert
Make a tip alert that shows the tipper's message first in large text, with their name and the amount smaller underneath. Hold it longer when the message is longer.
An alert built around what the tipper wrote.
12. A thank-you alert
Make a thank-you alert for every tip. Say thank you with the tipper's name. Let soft hearts rise from the bottom of the screen for 6 seconds. No sound.
A short, warm thank-you that plays over your game.
Portal redeems
Viewers redeem on your portal with Landmark Coins. What they can redeem is your Menu. These two prompts keep it in front of viewers. In the second one, swap in the names and prices from your own Menu.
13. A redeems counter
Make a counter called Redeems today. It adds 1 every time a viewer redeems something from my portal. Compact readout.
A tally of portal redeems that shows viewers the menu is being used.
14. A redeem highlights card
Make a card that rotates through three redeems every 15 seconds. Redeem one is Confetti Cannon for 200 coins. Redeem two is Sound Blast for 100 coins. Redeem three is Camera Filter for 300 coins. Show the name large and the price smaller. Add the line Redeem at landmark.stream/@yourhandle.
A rotating reminder of what viewers can redeem on your portal.
Platform by platform
Landmark has no connection to any of the six platforms below. The setup is the same for each. Put the platform on your links page, put your tip page and portal addresses where the platform lets you, run your overlay in OBS if you stream there from OBS, and turn on captions.
- X
- No chat, follows or events reach Landmark. Your tip page, portal and links page set preview card tags that X reads. Add X to your links page with the X icon.
- No chat, follows or events reach Landmark. Your tip page, portal and links page carry Open Graph tags for link previews. Add Facebook to your links page with the Facebook icon.
- Blaze.stream
- No connection yet, so nothing from Blaze.stream chat reaches Landmark. Add your channel as a custom link with your own icon. Share your tip page and portal, and use the overlay and captions if you stream from OBS.
- velora.tv
- No connection yet. Add your channel as a custom link with your own icon, and send viewers to your tip page or portal to tip and redeem.
- vpzone.tv
- No connection yet. Add your channel as a custom link with your own icon, and send viewers to your tip page or portal to tip and redeem.
- beamstream.gg
- No connection yet. Add your channel as a custom link with your own icon, and send viewers to your tip page or portal to tip and redeem.
What does not work on any of them today: alerts for that platform's follows, subs or gifts, goals that count that platform's money, and chat from that platform in your Landmark chat box. Tips and portal redeems cover the money side.
