Tipping

Where your tip goes

A Landmark tip is a direct cash payment to the streamer — not platform currency, not a subscription. Here's exactly how a tip is split, with no surprises.

The split

  • Landmark fee5%Keeps the lights on and the payouts running.
  • Card processing~2.9% + 30¢Stripe's fee for handling the card securely. Charged per tip.
  • The streamer keepsthe restDeposited to their connected bank via Stripe.

A worked example

You tip$25.00
Landmark fee (5%)−$1.25
Card processing (~2.9% + 30¢)−$1.03
Streamer receives≈ $22.72

Card-processing fees are set by Stripe and vary slightly by card and region, so the net is approximate. The exact amount always shows in the streamer's dashboard.
