Discord

Landmark runs a Discord server for support, product updates, and go-live announcements. The Landmark bot also works inside your own community server, so your viewers can check their status and get notified when you go live without leaving Discord.

Connect your account

Link Discord to Landmark from Connections in the dashboard. Connecting verifies you in the community server and lets the bot show your Landmark status. You can also connect from a direct message with the bot: send /link and follow the steps.

What the bot does

Go-live announcements
When you go live on any connected platform, the bot can post an announcement to a channel you choose, in the Landmark server and in your own server.
News
Product updates and announcements are posted automatically as they ship.
Viewer status
Linked viewers can see their level, coins, connected platforms, and open quests from inside Discord.
Support tickets
A viewer can open a private support ticket with the bot and reach the team without a separate email.
