Giveaways and one-off items

Give a physical or digital item away, or sell a one-off like a painting or a tufted rug. Viewers enter in chat with !enter or on your portal. The winner gives their address on Landmark, so it never appears in chat or on stream.

Set one up

1. Add the item. Open Giveaways and press New item. Add a photo, a title and a description, and say how many you have. Pick Physical or Digital.
2. Choose how it goes. A drawing takes entries and you pick the winners. Selling for coins is first come until they are gone.
3. Set who can enter. Pick the platforms, a minimum follow age, subscribers only, a Landmark account age, level or watch time, and the countries it ships to.
4. Start it. From the page or from the Giveaways tab in your Control Dock. Put the Giveaway element on your overlay to show the prize, the entries, the countdown and the winners.

How people enter

Chat

!enter (or !giveaway) on Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok and Rumble. It needs LandmarkBot in your chat. A normal entry is silent. If your rules turn someone away they get one line saying why.

Your portal

A card under your stream. The viewer confirms they are 18 or older and presses Enter. Free entry says "No purchase necessary".

One person is one entry. A chatter whose platform account is linked to a Landmark account counts as the same person on every platform. The streamer cannot enter their own giveaway.

The rules you can set

Platforms

Any mix of Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Rumble and the Landmark portal.

Follow age

Checked on Twitch (it needs your Twitch connection to allow it) and on YouTube, and from the follows Landmark has seen. Kick, TikTok and Rumble can't say how long someone has followed. Those viewers are turned away unless you choose to let them in.

Subscribers only

Uses the subscriber badge in chat. Portal entries don't carry one.

Account age, level, watch time

These are Landmark numbers, so the entrant needs a Landmark account. A linked platform account counts.

Coins to enter

Optional. Charging to enter a drawing can count as a lottery where you or your viewers live. Free entry is the safe choice. Paid entries are refunded if you cancel before the draw and are paid to you, less Landmark's 20%, when you draw.

Countries

The winner can only claim with an address in a country you list. Empty means anywhere.

Window

An optional start and end time, how many winners, and how many days a winner has to claim.

Drawing and rerolling

Close entries when you are ready, then draw. The winners show on your overlay for 90 seconds and LandmarkBot names them in chat. A winner who never claims frees the prize when their time runs out, and you can reroll them at any point before it ships.

Claiming, and who sees an address

Winners go to landmark.stream/claim and sign in with the account they entered with. Twitch, YouTube, Kick or Landmark all work.

• The winner types their address on that page only. It is stored sealed and never appears in chat, on stream, in the dock or in your order list.
• If you ship it yourself, you open the address once to write the label. Landmark records that you did, and the winner is told on the claim page.
• With a Landmark label, Landmark buys the postage from the carrier and you print the label. You never open the address. A label has to carry the address, so the person packing the parcel sees it on the label. Landmark labels are not on yet.
• Winners never see your return address in Landmark. The parcel carries it, so use a PO box or a mailbox if you would rather not print your home address on it. USPS accepts a PO box as a return address. UPS and FedEx need a street address.
• Landmark deletes the winner's address 14 days after you mark the parcel delivered, and 45 days after shipping if you never mark it delivered.

Digital items

Add a code or a link. Use one line per winner for game keys, or the same text for everyone. The winner presses Show my code on the claim page and sees it once. It is stored sealed and is not kept on the order.

Selling a one-off

Pick Sell for coins, set a price and how many are for sale. A viewer claims one on your portal and then gives their address on the claim page, the same as a winner. Coins go to your wallet, less Landmark's 20%. If you can't fill an order, cancel it and the buyer gets their coins back. A claim nobody finishes in the claim time is refunded on its own.

Your part

You run the giveaway and you ship the prize. Entrants confirm they are 18 or older, and you can add your own rules text that shows on the portal. Landmark is not a sponsor. Check the rules for where you and your viewers live before you give away something of value.
