Landmark's development philosophy for alpha is simple.
Whale and Cull
Whale Ship early, ship often, improve robustness, lay out all of the options on the table - innovate, iterate, maximize. Cull Focus on what matters. What makes our integrated elements and overlays fun? How can we make this easier to use? Is this valuable? Is this feasible to support?
Landmark is being shaped like clay. Alpha is about building the functionalities and features first, then determining whether or not it's "worth it" as soon as the data hits your dashboard.
As such, alpha is extremely volatile. Things happen, things change, things break, chaos ensues, we have a good laugh about it later - and this is exactly why we're being selective about alpha applications. (Only 10 approved Alpha users of 44 so far).
And for the rest, the believers, the aspirants, the investors - perhaps even the delusional. We have Gold Alpha.

Why Gold Alpha exists
Building the best live-event and monetization platform across YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Rumble and TikTok would otherwise rest on the shoulders of a single developer if it wasn't for support by early adopters (such as yourself, hopefully).
Gold Alpha is how we fund this crucial earliest stage and reward the people who show up for it.
Gold Alpha needed to satisfy both requirements of being profitable/instrumental to our development while also giving killer long-term value.
1% lower fees, forever
Every Gold Alpha member pays 1% less in platform fees on everything, permanently.
When Landmark opens up, this rate will not be offered again. It's locked to your account the moment you join, and it stays - through beta, through public launch, through every pricing change after.
Landmark uses a "premium" usage-based billing system. In short, if you use premium features, you're only paying for what you use (if you use them at all).
By default, usage is set to scenarios that guarantee profit for you, the streamer or reduce cost. Paid AI Text-To-Speech, AI Camera, custom overlays you can prompt in seconds for mere pennies.
For our super users, in a likely scenario:
- A streamer ramping from $2,500 to $5,000/mo over their first year keeps ≈ $450 — already over 4× the price of Gold Alpha, in year one alone.
- At $5,000/mo sustained, that's $600 a year — every year after.
- Scale up and the gap only widens. The discount never expires and never shrinks.
Most "founder" deals give you a few months of something. Gold Alpha gives you a permanently better rate. The longer you stream on Landmark, the more getting in early is worth.
Everything premium, included
Gold Alpha isn't just a discount - it's the founding tier, and it carries every premium benefit we build.
- $50 in bonus usage credits, dropped into your wallet the day you join — real spend on AI Camera, TTS, and everything metered.
- Instant access. Skip the application and the review queue entirely. You're in the moment you join.
- Priority support - a faster line to the people (well, it's just one person) actually building the product.
- Custom cosmetics and offers. Gold-only badges, portal styling, and member offers ship to Gold Alpha as we make them.
- Gold Beta benefits, too. Every perk we design for the future Gold Beta tier applies to Gold Alpha members. You're ahead of it, automatically.
There likely won't be a "Gold" at release
We don't expect to offer a "Gold" plan when Landmark reaches public release. The economics that make a permanent 1% discount and a founding bundle possible only work now, while we're small and you're early.
This deal, this price, this permanent rate, this bundle, exists in the alpha window and is not designed to come back.
Is it worth $99.99?
We priced Gold Alpha as a premium, one-time membership on purpose. It's meant for streamers who are serious about building their future Landmark.
- $50 of it returns immediately as usage credits.
- The permanent 1% fee discount pays back the rest inside the first year for most active streamers —-then keeps paying, every year, for as long as you stream.
- The cosmetics, priority support, and Gold Beta carry-over are all on top of that.
Prefer to apply?
Private alpha access by application is still open, and still free. Tell us about your stream and we'll review it by hand.
